About Hublenta Studio

A room can make better thinking easier.

Founded by a spatial designer and a community host, Hublenta Studio began with a simple observation: good work needs room to settle. We create rental environments that feel composed, capable, and welcoming.

Our story

Our first space was a quiet upper-floor room with one long table, two windows, and a commitment to remove friction from the working day. Today, our rooms support independent makers, small teams, and responsible productions while keeping that original sense of proportion. What began as one room grew into a network of thoughtfully proportioned locations across the city, each shaped by the same attention to daylight, flow, and calm acoustics.

Our mission

We make considered space accessible for the moments when a home office, café, or conventional venue is not enough. Every decision favors clarity, comfort, and honest utility over spectacle. We believe the right environment quietly improves focus, conversation, and creative output.

Our values

Daylight first

We never compromise on natural light. Every room is chosen and arranged to maximize gentle illumination and reduce the need for harsh electric lighting.

Material honesty

Surfaces are chosen for durability and tactility. Pale timber, linen, and quiet hardware create a neutral ground that supports the work happening inside.

Attentive hosting

From the first email to the final reset, every interaction is handled with care so guests can focus entirely on their reason for being here.

The people behind the rooms

Mara Ellis

Spatial director

Mara shapes layouts around daylight, movement, and the practical needs of each kind of work. She measures twice and then removes anything unnecessary.

Jon Bell

Community host

Jon makes arrivals clear, welcomes varied teams, and helps guests choose a room with confidence. He remembers coffee preferences and quiet-hour preferences alike.

Inez Park

Operations lead

Inez keeps the details dependable, from access planning to thoughtful resets between bookings. Her checklists ensure nothing is forgotten and everything feels ready.

Operational promise

Every booking includes a quiet arrival window, a pre-checked environment, and a rapid response channel. We confirm details the same day, prepare the room at least two hours in advance, and provide a direct line reachable within five minutes during your session.
