Website information

Catalog descriptions, capacities, amenities, and hourly rates are provided for planning and may change as operations develop. A catalog selection is not a reservation. Availability is confirmed only by Hublenta Studio in writing.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form sends a request, not an automatic contract. We may ask for additional details about timing, group size, equipment, access, or intended use before confirming a rental.

Responsible use

Visitors must follow building rules, protect furnishings, keep exits clear, and leave the room in the agreed condition. Damage, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, or disruptive behavior may end a visit without refund where applicable.

Planning tools

Fallows and Cart are browser-based planning features. They do not hold inventory, process payment, or guarantee availability. Quantities and estimates should be checked with the team.

Intellectual property

Hublenta Studio’s text, brand presentation, and site structure are protected by applicable law. Visitors may use the website for personal or legitimate business planning, but may not copy or republish substantial content without permission.

Limitations and updates

The website is provided on an availability basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every detail will remain unchanged. We may revise these terms by updating the effective date.
